Condominium apartment building garbage must be securely packaged in plastic bags or approved trash containers and be placed out front on
islands for pickup no earlier than 7:00 PM prior to collection day. (Twp.Reg.)

Townhouse occupant’s garbage and trash must be securely packaged in plastic bags or approved trash containers and be placed at the curb
side in front of their own unit away from mailboxes, no earlier than 7:00 PM prior to collection day. (Twp. Reg.)

Garbage cans for recycling at Townhouses and Condo Apartments (limited to recycling cans) will be stored on the townhouse rear patios and/or balconies of the condominium apartment building.

Townhouse garbage cans and/or recycling cans, if in backyard grass area, will be stored on a concrete block platform made to store can off the ground.

Garbage cans and/or recycling cans are not to be stored on front porches.

Violations of these rules will result in citations and enforcement procedures. This may occur as a result of personal observations or by identification contained within the trash.
