NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY – SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK

• Pool hours of Operation 10:00am-8:00pm.
• Warning-No Lifeguard on Duty-Swim At your Own Risk.
• Do not swim alone-always swim with a friend.
• All children aged 16 and under must be accompanied by an adult.
• Adult supervision of children is required. Parents/Adults are fully responsible at all times to monitor and supervise the safety of their children.
• Homeowners are responsible for the behavior of their children, guests, and tenants.
• No improper behavior, intoxication or profanity is permitted.
• Gate must be kept closed; gate must not be propped open.
• No running, pushing or boisterous play permitted.
• No roughhousing, horseplay or dunking allowed.
• No diving or jumping.
• No ball playing or throwing of any objects.
• Alcoholic beverages, smoking, e-cigarettes, or vaping is not permitted within the pool area.
• Bicycles, skateboards, inflatables are not permitted in pool area.
• Pets are not permitted in the pool area with the exception of certified service animals.
• Pool parties are not permitted.
• No cooking of any kind is permitted.
• Toddlers and children not toilet trained must wear swim diapers.
• Any person showing evidence of skin disease sore or inflamed eyes, cold, nasal or ear discharges or any communicable disease shall not use the pool.
• Please be advised there will be no trash receptacles at the pool. Please take all trash when exiting the pool.
• Exit pool area immediately during thunder or electrical storms.
• Exit the pool promptly at 8:00pm.
• The Association is not responsible for lost or damage to personal property.
• Any resident will be liable for any damages, both personal and property, caused through gross negligence or carelessness by themselves, their tenants, and guests.
• Any undue disturbance such as prolonged noise or shouting in or about the pool is prohibited. Any behavior resulting in discomfort to others or infringing upon the use and enjoyment of the pool by others, is not permitted.
