All trash cans, trash bags and recycle containers need to be stored in the REAR of each unit.    This also applies for the condo building.   They are not to be stored behind the shrubs, on the porch or anywhere in the front of the units.   Inspections will be conducted monthly to enforce this rule.   Violators will be fined and the fine will be added to your account.    We thank those residents that continue to follow the rules and regulations of our community.
