2024 Pool Season

Dear Homeowner:

The pool will be open from 10:00am to 8:00pm, Monday through Sunday.

The fob entry system that was implemented last summer will be in place once again this year.  The fob entry system proved to be very successful, and most residents were very happy.

Please note that the pool will remain a “Swim at Your Own Risk” facility, and there will be no lifeguards monitoring the pool.

Last year pool fobs were distributed and signed for by residents in the community.  The same pool fobs are to be used again this year and will be reactivated.

Please be advised that there is a limit of one fob per household.  If you own an investment unit and you would like your tenant to sign for the fob, this form must be signed.

Please note there is a $50.00 fee for all replacement fobs.  If you need a new fob, you must contact Sari to request a replacement fob.  Please be advised that all fob requests must allow for a seven (7) day window to receive the fob.

Please be advised that your account must be in good standing in order to receive a fob or to keep your existing fob activated.

Please see the Pool Rules.  It is expected that everyone abides by all the pool rules.  If at any time it is observed that someone is not complying with the rules, pool privileges will be revoked, and the fob will be deactivated.
